Cook Island Fudge Factory 

A few years ago we opened Cook’s Fudge Factory in our Cook’s Corner Store. We make the most delicious fresh fudge in store. There are at least 15 flavours available daily. The Fudge Factory is a big hit with both locals and visitors. Free tasting is encouraged!

Introducing the Calico Cottage Fudge System was the best business decision we have made. It has transformed our business, allowed new lines and new products to appear (like confectionary, ice cream in hand made cones, milk shake etc).

It has created a real point of difference from our competition and it’s a wonderful product to sell as it’s a happy, positive, surprising product, which creates happy memories for visitors and equally loved by locals.

It is not hard to make at all and we received excellent training and on going support from Graham.
